Homemade Seed Milk

Ingredients
  • 1 litre filtered water
  • 2 measuring cups seeds, soaked overnight (if using shelled hemp seeds then no pre-soaking is required)
  • Sweetener i.e. dates, cinnamon powder, vanilla paste, agave syrup

METHOD

  1. Add the water to your Tribest Soyabella Milk Maker
  2. Transfer all other ingredients to the milk screen, lock into place and attached the head unit to the stainless steel chamber
  3. Press the mill button 8-10 times, or until the milk has reached your desired consistency
  4. Enjoy straight away or store in air-tight containers in the fridge

TIPS

When stored correctly, milk should keep for around 4-5 days. Apart from the remains left from hard shelled seeds, such as poppy seeds or hempseeds, you can use the pulp left inside the machine for cookie, cake and cracker recipes. Many flavourings can be added to your milk. Don't be afraid to experiment. When soaking the seeds, put seeds directly into the milk screen and place into the utility cup. Fill utility cup with water and let sit for 8-10 hours before draining
