Pasta Dressing
Here's a simple, healthy way to liven up a bowl of your favourite fresh pasta.
1 tbsp Udo's Choice® Ultimate Oil Blend
1 clove garlic, crushed or chopped
1-2 tsp of your favourite herbs to taste
Shake thoroughly and pour over hot or cold pasta. Serves 1.


Cracker Spread
Cottage cheese make an excellent base for a delicious cracker or toast spread.
200g cottage cheese
1 tbsp Udo's Choice® Ultimate Oil Blend
Pinch of cayenne or black pepper
Chopped green onions (optional)
Thoroughly mix ingredients and spread on crackers or toast


Vegetable Dip
This quick to make dip can be flavoured many ways, savoury or sweet. We suggest just two of the many possibilities.
100g drained yogurt
2 tbsp Udo's Choice® Ultimate Oil Blend

savoury
Stir in finely chopped or dried chives, oregano, basil, cayenne, and salt/pepper to taste


sweet
Stir in freshly grated or powdered ginger, lemon, honey, grated apple and raisins to taste.


Breakfast Smoothie
There are hundreds of recipes for a smoothie. Here's just one for a quick, delicious and healthy way to start your day.
250ml milk or soy milk
150ml orange juice
1 tbsp honey
1 banana
Fresh or frozen berries (blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, etc.)
1 tbsp whey or soy protein powder
1 tbsp Udo's Choice® Ultimate Oil Blend
Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Garlic Mayonnaise
Garlic mayo is so versatile. Use it with salads, in sandwiches, or as the mayonnaise for Aioli, that classic Mediterranean dish of steamed vegetables and salt cod.
1 egg yolk
2-4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp sugar
2 tsp lemon juice
150ml Udo's Choice® Ultimate Oil Blend
Blend egg, garlic, salt, sugar, lemon juice and 50ml of the oil in a blender. With blender running, slowly drizzle in remaining oil. Refrigerate immediately. You can omit the garlic for a plain mayo, or add your favourite herbs or spices.
