- 2 large field musrooms
- 50 ml single cream
- 1 tsp black peppercorns
- 2 tsp mustard powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2tbsp Udo's Choice
• Chop the mushrooms and fry in the olive oil on a low heat until browned • Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth

The perfect meaty addition to a well cooked steak, this sauce delivers a lot of flavour, and with around 10g of carbohydrate per serving, it's ideal on many diets.
If you are pan frying a steak, then follow the recipe without the Udo's Choice, pour it into the pan after removing the steak, stir to mix on the heat, then remove from heat before adding Udos.
