Robert Universe Elite-Strength Athlete Study

Forty-nine elite strength athletes ingested one tablespoon of Udo’s Choice per 25kg of body weight daily. Thirteen markers of athletic performance, health and well-being were assessed along with measurements of strength and endurance, and changes in lean body mass.

Danish Athlete Study

Sixty-one active males and females, ranging in age from 16 to 62, took Udo’s Choice for approximately 8 weeks, progressively increasing intake from an initial 1/2 tbsp of oil per 25kg of body weight daily, rising to 1 tbsp per 25kg of body weight after 2 weeks. Blood samples for analysis were taken at the beginning and end of the 8 week trial, giving the cardiovascular benefits seen in our heart health section. In addition, some of the subjective benefits were as follows:

  • 53% of participants had more energy and stamina
  • 32% of participants had improved sleep
  • 30% of participants had improved concentration
