Udo's Choice and Rugby
Breaking through the pain barriers
Rugby never used to be famous for the athletic prowess of it's players - huge players sporting a hard earned beer belly were commonplace, and nutritonal plans were considered "soft" - not the done thing for a rough and tough prop. Things have changed drastically in recent years. The popularity of Rugby League has seen the top players evolve a far more athletic, muscular shape, and a healthy diet and lifestyle are working themselves deep into the psyche of the top stars.
Udo's Choice helps the top players power their way through their training, keeping them on the pitch honing their skills. With lean mass gains they can achieve more powerful play, whilst not carrying around any energetically useless bodyfat. The enhanced mental focus is the final proof in the pudding for these Goliaths of the sporting world!

Kieron Cunningham Heralded as the Super League's Greatest Player of All Time, Kieron Cunningham is a loyal St Helens player, having never once felt the need to play for another teeam. His combination of speed and quick thinking has given him the opportunity to pick tries where many would fail. "Udo's has reduced my recovery time, and I feel better on the field, but the main thing was my body felt like it was running at its optimal level, giving me a general feeling of well being, helping my sleep routine, and reducing my sugar cravings - all this leads to better training and performance on the rugby field."

Cornish Pirates The Cornish Pirates are at the forefront of rugby in Cornawall. Being formed from amalgamation of two clubs back in 1944, the Cornish Pirates have led the way for Rugby Union in the Duchy. Now in the RFU Championship, the tier below the Guiness Premiership, they have been impressed by the results of training with Udo's Choice in their diets. The clubs nutritionist, Paul Devlin, told us: "I advised all my players to take Udo's Choice Oil at the start or pre-season training this year as opposed to the fish oil capsules they were taking. They are now using between 2 and 4 tablespoons each per day. After 6 weeks we measured the players bodyfat levels and they showed a decrease throughout the squad, with most players taking at least 10% off! Other feedback includes clearer thinking and increased concentration and energy levels throughout training sessions"
