Avocado Toast!


  • 1 slice whole grain bread, toasted
  • ½ ripe avocado, pit removed, sliced vertically
  • Drizzle of Udo’s Choice Ultimate Oil Blend 
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Any additional ingredients, if desired!

Serves 1


  1. Toast the bread. Cut the avocado in half, and remove the pit and skin.
  2. Slice the avocado lengthwise. Arrange the avocado slices on the toast, and without over-pouring, drizzle some Udo’s Choice Ultimate Oil Blend.
  3. Add a pinch of sea salt and red pepper flakes, or add your own creative flair!
