Ginger Zingers

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 apples
  • 1 Lemons
  • 10 inch Ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Ultimate Oil Blend
  • Small bunch of mint leaves to garnish

Serves 5

METHOD

Prepare the fruit by slicing them lengthwise into roughly 2 cm thick strips. Juice all the produce by feeding it a slice at a time through the chute. Mix in 1 tablespoon of Ultimate Oil Blend before serving if you wish. Garnish with mint and drink immediately.

Tip: juice the lemons together with the peel if they are organic, otherwise use a citrus squeezer.
