Grilled Vegetables and Balsamic Vinegar with Udo’s Oil

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tablespoons of Udo’s Oil
  • 1 Medium Onion
  • 1 Small Courgette
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 1 Tomato
  • A dash of Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 clove of Garlic (crushed)
  • A pinch of salt
  • Pepper
  • Basil

 

 


Serves 4

METHOD

Grill all the vegetables until golden. Mix the vinegar, Udo’s Oil and crushed garlic together in a bowl. Add the vegetables and season. To garnish, add basil.
