Pecan Pie Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

For the pecan milk:

  • 800ml Filtered Water
  • 2 cups Pecans, soaked overnight

 
For the smoothie:

  • 450ml fresh Pecan Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Ultimate Oil Blend
  • 3 Pitted Dates
  • ½ Ripe Banana
  • 2 tablespoons Manuka Honey
  • 1 tbsp Lucuma Powder
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Powder

 
Serves 1

METHOD

For the pecan milk:
Add water to your Tribest Soyabella Milk Maker. Transfer drained pecans to the milk screen, lock into place and attached the head unit. Press the mill button 8-10 times.
 
For the smoothie:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
 
Note: if you do not have a Soyabella Milk Maker, simply blend the pecans with water and strain through a nut bag/cheese cloth/stocking. Return milk to the blender, add all remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
