Raw Protein Balls

INGREDIENTS

  • 100g almonds, soaked overnight
  • 100g Brazil nuts, soaked overnight
  • 2 tablespoon Beyond Greens
  • 30g protein powder
  • 175g pitted dates
  • 50g figs
  • 1 tablespoons of cacao powder

Topping:

  • 100g desiccated coconut

Makes about 20 small balls

METHOD

Add the almonds, Brazils, Beyond Greens and protein powder to a food processor and blend. Add the remaining ingredients and blend for a further minute until a sticky dough forms.
Use your hands to roll the mixture into little balls, and roll each ball in desiccated coconut. Store in the fridge.
