Protein Punch Smoothie
The perfect addition to a plant based diet, or simply enjoy as a healthy, tasty meal! Our Protein Punch Smoothie is packed with essential nutrients and it tastes delicious!
- 2 tbsp frozen berries
- Handful of spinach
- ½ a small banana
- The juice of 1 lime
- ½ cup silken tofu
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp Udo’s Choice Ultimate Oil Blend
Use 200-250ml of your choice of plant-based milk / water / coconut water as the base. Add all ingredients to a blender and mix.
Option: Add ice for a chilled smoothie or frozen bananas.
These are best made fresh each morning but you could make enough for 2 days and store in a glass bottle in the fridge but it should be used the next day at the latest.
